1. Fry garlic and onions till lightly browned and fragrant.

2. Stir in spices, tomato paste and salt, and cook till the tomatoes soften.

3. Add in chicken and tofu and stir-fry.

4. Crack in the eggs to one side of the pan, scramble and mix in with the sauce.

5. Add in the noodles, soya sauce and bok choy, and stir-fry.

6. Squeeze over with fresh lime and serve warm.
