1. Saute ginger, garlic and onions till they get lightly brown. 

2. Add in mushrooms and fry till it starts to brown slightly.

3. Toss in carrots, cabbage and peppers, and stir-fry for a few minutes. 

4. Add in white pepper and toss well.

5. And in boiled noodles, along with sauces and salt & pepper. 

6. Toss well so that the noodles, veggies and sauces are well mixed.

7. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
