Chicken Curry with Yogurt
1. Heat oil in a pan and add in cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.

2. Add in onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic, and saute till fragrant.

3. Add spices, chopped tomatoes and salt, and cook till tomatoes soften.

4. Slowly stir in beaten yogurt forming a smooth gravy.

5. Add chicken pieces, water, and cook covered till done.

6. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve piping hot with a side of rotis or rice, and a salad.
