Bun Keema
1. Heat oil and add in the cumin seeds. Once they begin to sizzle, add in onions, and fry until it starts to brown.

2. Add in ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute.

3. Add in spices and tomato paste, and fry to blend well.

4. Mix in tomatoes and salt, and cook covered for a few minutes.

5. Add in the ground chicken, mix well and let it cook covered on low heat for another 10 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through.

6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot sandwiched in buns with a side of fries.
