1. Stir-fry the marinated turkey pieces till lightly browned.

2. Fry cumin seeds, garlic and ginger for a few seconds till fragrant. Stir in the spices and tomato paste.

3. Add in the onions and the fried turkey pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes till the onions start to soften. 

4. Add in the peppers and tomatoes, season with salt, and mix well. Cook covered till the meat is completely cooked through.

5. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve warm.
