1. Mix flour with salt and 2 tablespoon of oil, and knead with just enough water to form a smooth dough. Set aside to rest.

2. Divide the dough into 12-15 balls and roll out into thin circular discs, like a roti or tortilla.

3. Deep fry each puri, turning once, until it puffs up like a balloon and turns golden on both sides.

4. Strain over paper towels and serve warm.
