1. Fry the paneer pieces in batches till lightly browned on all sides. Set aside.

2. Fry cumin seeds, onions, ginger and garlic.

3. Mix in the spices, salt and tomato paste.

3. Add in chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.

4. Stir in the spinach puree and cook till it starts to bubble. 

5. Add in the beaten yogurt and mix well.

6. Mix in the fried paneer pieces and let it come to a quick boil.

7. Serve warm over some rice or with a side of warm Naan.
