1. Fry cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and onions till lightly browned.

2. Add in spices, salt and tomato paste, and mix well. 

3. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook till it begins to soften.

4. Add in ground chicken and cook covered for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook till it starts to wilt and the chicken is completely cooked through.

6. Serve with warm fluffy rotis and a side of some cool Raita.
