1. Combine flour, corn starch, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt and a little bit of water to form a thick batter.

2. Deep fry the cauliflower florets coated with batter, till golden brown and crisp. 

3. To make the sauce, fry garlic, ginger and onions till lightly browned.

4. Add in white pepper, coriander powder, tomato-chilli sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt.

5. Toss in the fried cauliflower florets with the sauce to coat well.

6. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
