Grilled Corn Chaat

  • 6 whole fresh corn on the cob lightly grilled over an open flame
  • 1 1 small-sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • finely chopped fresh cilantro for garnish


  • Scrape the roasted kernels of the grilled corn into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the spices, salt & pepper and lime juice, and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
