Spiced Grilled Corn - Indian-style (Bhutta)

- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 4 medium-sized fresh corn on the cob husks removed
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- finely chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Mix the spices in a small bowl and set aside.
Grill the corn on a open flame on all sides, till you get a light char and the corn is roasted through.
Sprinkle over with the spice mix generously on all sides and top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
