Instructions
Heat the oils in a deep non-stick wok and add in the chopped garlic and sliced onions.
Once the garlic and onions starts to sizzle, add in the bok choy and stir-fry for about a minute.
Add in the white pepper and soy sauce, give it a good mix and stir-fry for another minute until the leaves start to wilt. Season with salt if needed and serve warm.
