Garlic Bok Choy Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp light cooking oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 8-10 bunches baby bok choy washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oils in a deep non-stick wok and add in the chopped garlic and sliced onions.
  • Once the garlic and onions starts to sizzle, add in the bok choy and stir-fry for about a minute.
  • Add in the white pepper and soy sauce, give it a good mix and stir-fry for another minute until the leaves start to wilt. Season with salt if needed and serve warm.
