3cupscooked plain ricepreferably cold or at least room temperature

Instructions
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan on medium-high heat and saute garlic, ginger and onions till fragrant and lightly brown.
Add in the shrimp, corn and white pepper powder, and stir fry for a couple of minutes until the shrimp cooks through.
Add in the rice and soy sauce, give it a good mix and stir-fry for another couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh chives.
