Looks delicious. I will try them this weekend. Thankfully it is a warm winter. I can still cook on the grill. Yea!
My husband will love these burgers. The doctor has told him to eat less beef and more chicken.

Thanks,
Betty

I just discovered this website while searching for an Indian recipe. Good job. I especially love the pictures on your blog. Could I substitute ground beef for chicken?

This looks fabulous. I am new to using Indian flavors in my cooking and this looks like an easy way to start. I do love Indian flavors, but have not personally cooked with them. I look forward to more ideas using these spices. Think I will try this over the weekend.

Meena - my husband is mildly allergic to gluten, and the good news is that you don't have to completely get rid of Indian breads! Jowar rotis are really yum (assuming that you get Jowar where you live) and I actually prefer then over wheat rotis now. Rotis made out of baajra are really good too, although jowar tastes better. You must also try makki ki poori - it is absolutely delish!!
Good luck with figuring out your new wheat-less diet. For me, it has been way more fun than I thought :)

Thanks so much for the info Shilpa! I'm definitely trying out new-to-me flours and discovering new flavours. Makki ki poori sounds delish, am definitely trying that one out soon!

Awesome sounding chicken burgers, thanks so much for a new recipe to try. Thinking will also try with ground turkey for another option.
