Hi, Love the site! Just found it 3 days ago and have been using your recipes every night since then : ) I had the same problem as Mander with the cookies, really crumbly, but still delicious when pressed, but a bit dense

any suggestions?

thanks much for keeping the site up

Hello, I just stumbled upon your blog and love it. I tried this recipe for Mango and Coconut cookies. I found the texture of the dough to be too crumbly to actually form a cookie (as in your picture). I ended up pressing onto a baking sheet and cutting into bars. Was there anything you might have done which you did not write in your recipe? I really loved the taste of the bars, but would like to make them into cookies. Would you recommend maybe adding a little more butter? Or, rolling into a log in Saran wrap and putting in the fridge?

Thanks

These sound great. FYI, You've spelled its wrong in your last sentence. It should say "its perks" not "it's perks". It's always means "it is".

Mmm.. mango and coconut cookies -- very exotic! It's fun to play with different flavours in unexpected foods. I'll have to try it out. I'm guessing I can find dried mango in the supermarket? Haven't seen it before.
