I am a novice in this field and have no idea what madras curry powder is. Meena please enlighten me.

Hi Mini, Madras curry powder is just a mix blend of various spices. It is very easily available at any Indian grocery store. I refrain from taking the trouble of making my own blend and just use the convience of the store-bought one.

I love eggs in all forms. This recipe with the madras curry powder is going on my must-try list!
