I know you must be very busy with your book and your family but I'm wondering, is there any good vegan curry recipe that is creamy like the yoghurt-based curry? My boyfriend is allergic to the milk protein in dairy. I'll definitely try this recipe here but I would also like to share with him the thicker, richer curries that I enjoy. Any suggestions???
