Kala, a buillion cube is a stock cube that is readily available at any regular grocery store. You might be more familiar with the Maggi/Knorr chicken/Vegetable cubes. You may leave it out of the recipe if you so wish. Hope that helps!

I am in Argentina and my parents in the states, I use sykpe, which is free and you can talk online or call to their phone using your computer- I use it to talk to my friends in Japan even and it is fabulous, I dont know if this will help you but it makes a big difference to me. :) <em>Thanks Katy.
