liked your site.Great photographs.one question though…in this recipe for banana muffin,the butter to be used is mentioned twice….1/3 cup butter, melted and then 1/4 cup room temperature butter…is it an error or really total amount to be used is 1/4 plus 1/3 cup…?

Hi,

I got a muffin tray yesterday ..but it didnt have that serrated texture . Am wondering if you are using a different kinda try ? And do you keep some paper in the muffin try so that you get those muffins in a paper cup ? What kind of paper ?

Planning to make these over the weekend if the bananas get ripe by then !

Terrific recipe! I love muffins but have been staying away from them because they are so fattening. this looks like a much healthier recipe. i should def try it.

Can you tell me how many muffins this recipe yields?

This is definitely a treat for any muffin lover. These measurements make about 8-10 large sized muffins, or about 12 mid-sized ones. Hope you enjoy them!:)

I had bought the muffin trays and srawberries and was searching for a suitable recipe. Thanks for the post.
