I love cooking with paneer but it is hard to find at times - I live in Australia and our summer heat doesn't encourage stores to carry it.
If you have a recipe for making paneer I would love to see it on your site.

Thank you for your recipes - my Asian daughter in law has me hooked on heat and we share and compare your recipes and dishes.
Kate

Thanks Kate, I've never tried my hand at making paneer before, but will definitely let you know it I do. If paneer is hard to find, you might want to try and substitute it with firm tofu, may not taste exactly the same, but quite close.
